Battle of Yorktown
The Battle of Yorktown was the final battle of the Revolution and it was where the British surrendered. While some red coats and some rebels were fighting on land, British troops were coming to assist by ship. Before the British ships could get to Yorktown, Virginia, French ships attacked them then causing them to try and retreat, but there were French ships on both sides of them and soldiers on land were ready to attack. This is when the British commander surrendered and marked the final battle of the American Revolution.
